First let me say these species are invasive and wipe out plant species all together. It isn't illegal to kill them or trap them but it is illegal to release them. So you have to kill them.

I was wondering if rat traps might work for these? We have all kinds of plants the kids love and cherish and these things have begun wiping them out. I have even planted things they are supposed to not like. I have tried spraying. I have a P90 airsoft weapon and never seem to catch them out there.

SO... Rat traps with what like mango salsa?

Live traps may work but then I am obligated to kill the thing while its trapped and I don't like that idea.

There has got to be something I haven't through of.

We had a house fire of up to 2000 degrees they said. I lost all my gold but I had just cleaned all of my silver and gems and they were in a giant handbag. Most of it seemed to melt together and all the gems popped out or changed color dramatically. I assume they are ruined but is there a way to clean the silver? Tarnex? Does someone buy burnt silver by the pound or something? I just can't throw it out but don't really want to be reminded. Thanks guys.

We experienced an insurance loss and are coming into around 100K. We own a property on the waterfront as well, (just land) 100-150k aprox worth in middle market.

I don't just want to burn through this money. I would like to invest it into stocks that pay enough dividends to live on, if that is possible.

I'm only 33, I do not want to own another home. I am happy renting an apartment or living on my boat. We don't have kids and do not plan to ever venture in that direction.

I researched some financial planners but they seem like a party for old folks with great wealth and I just have this measly 100k.

What should I do?
