If we have our ears cleaned when enough earwax accumulates to cause symptoms, how long does it take

for earwax for form again.

So can we put a few drops of olive oil in our ear on a daily basis?

I bumped my head few months back. And it's still sensitive to touch. I need to press it so as to feel that pain. Is this serious?

I have a question from a friend who is 47 years old and would much appreciate to get some advice:-

Her cholesterol has reached 242 whilst the limit is 200

-do you think she need to go on medication or

-can she reduce it just by cutting down on meat and fried stuff while eating more veggies?

Her HDL is 72.6 and LDL is 150.8 and Triglycerides is 105
