Can't Keep Hiding from the Truth

I am currently waiting to start studying in university. After all, I am very interested in taking education as I have always wanted to become an educator. I was a pure science student and achieved quite an excellent results in my recent examination. With the qualification that I have, I am eligible enough to take medicine, engineering or accountacy. However, my passion is not for these courses. I take TESL instead. Now when most of my friends are planning to further their studies in medicine, architecture, etc, I start to feel very inferior as the society's perception towards those who want to be an educator is highly distinct to those who are planning to be a doctor/accountant. So could you give me a piece of advice or tell me your own experience so that I would be motivated/constantly reminded that what is more important is my passion?

PS English is my second language.

How can psychology be related to an engineering company? A scholarship programme offers this course and the company is an engineering company. If students are chosen to learn this course with the help of this company financially, how and in what ways can they work and contribute to the company itself?

Been is the past participle of both 'go' and 'be'. So can we use both of them simultaneously in a sentence?

Some people like to look down on others especially when they think the person doesn't have the ability or being capable to be just like them. and what I think is some people like to look down on others who have a big-sized figure and also their skin colour. I find it as an offensive issue and I think it is not fair for them to underestimate others by their appearance.For me, if someone is good inside, his/her appearance does not matter in that case.
