I have a customer who ordered from our business website back in July 2012, on our website where the submit order button is, we have our store policies where we state we allow returns within 30 days of confirmed delivery. The customer received there product and 90 days later is requesting a return. We advised the customer via a screenshot and our policies that the order could not have been submitted by them unless they clicked the "I agree to the store policies" listed there. The customer is all upset saying they will contact a pro bono lawyer over a $50.00 order. Would a pro bono lawyer even consider this case?

The template will need to have a version without flash, work with dreamweaver and also will need to require Photoshop C+ to edit it. The template should look like a website a vending machine business would use. I plan to just change text, add my logo and maybe edit an image or two if needed. I'm looking for a plug and play template.
