  • If Yahoo is so helpful, why doesn't its unsubscribe screen respond to any click, anywhere?

    I clicked to unsubscribe the newsletter I never requested, the marketing whatever, the 3rd option for unsubscribing even though it didn't apply to me. Yahoo responded with a very BLANK "help" screen and I waited, NOTHING HAPPENED! I then went back, started over, just to put myself through it again, only to learn I did nothing incorrectly the first time. I did not want to click through my EMAIL for a reason. I don't trust exposing the identity of my computer from the inside unnecessarily!
