My son is 2yrs old and am not with his father. he gets my son every other saturday from 1-5pm. i noticed that when his dad puts him in the car seat and see that am not going he starts crying and screaming for me. he's my first child. he never use to cry when he would go with his dad, his dad has 3 girls. his girlfriend dont like me at all so am scared that she is hurting my son. my son cant talk because he has speech delay i have a speech therapist come 3 times a month to work with my son. i have asked my ex what is going on but all he says is nothing. this past saturday was he weekend but he ditched my son to go hang out with his cousins knowing that it was his weeknd. i let him have my son on sunday for an hour and he got mad. yes he does pay me child support but 100.00 a week, but he dont even bother to call to see if he is ok, if he needs anything. am really just thinking about asking him to give up his rights to my son. he really cant do nothing with our son because he girlfriend gets mad and she throws my son in his face everytime they fight because she told me. i really need yall advice anything will help me out. sorry its long please dont be mean. am just trying to do whats best for my son.

my son's father girlfriend called me today and said that she got the letter in the mail for child support. my question is can i get supervised visti when we go to court. he has never seen my son. his girlfriend i dont trust her. what do i need to tell my lawyer when the time comes? am a first time mom and am really scared to go through with this because i really do want supervised visti. your advice greatly appericated. thank you in advance

am 35 weeks i went to the dr on wed. he told me that the baby dont have that much fluid i only had 7.25% and when i went back the week before i only 8%. am leaking or anything like that cause they checked me. the dr told me if i was 37 weeks that he would have sent me to the hospital to have the baby. so now i have to wait 2 weeks and i will be 37 weeks. i just want to know how am losing fluid, and will they give me a c-section. this is my first and i really dont know much about this. i just want whats best for my son. thanks u in advance and sorry so long just nervous!!!
