how do you get tar off the side of your car with out stripping or damaging the paint?

im 62 kg.is it true that i have to eat 18-20 times my body weight in callories.any advice would be helpful.thanks people.p.s i have put on 5 kilo in 4 weeks,i was 57 kg,im male 41 years old.just dont know how many callories intake i need
