I tried help.yahoo.com to no avail...I dialed 1-800-634-1998 which is not in service... I dialed 1-800-318-0631 which always seems to be closed... All the Yahoo answers users say is "restart your computer'' or "wait one more day"... Can anyone out there COMPETENTLY solve this problem TODAY???
