Okay, I'm going to try my best to be as descriptive as possible, but I saw the movie when I was like eight so I don't remember a lot of it...

It's an old movie about a teenage girl who gets kidnapped by a fugitive. I believe she and her parents were rich. There's one scene when the teenager girl and fugitive are in a hotel room and the cops were coming for him and they escape. The fugitive is driving out of the country with the teenager and they start to "bond".....I don't think she wanted to go back home to her parents...towards the ending I think he tells her she can go and she chooses to stay with him....

I was reading this book, and I came across this:
