I just bought a nikon d200 and was wondering if i can use the same memory card in it as i have for my nikon d70s. are they interchangeable? i went to a ritz camera tonight and he had no idea what he was talking about. also, it seems that with any bit of motion the pictures turn out blurry, how do i fix that problem. i do sports photography so i need good clear shots. help!

how much better is the nikon d80 than the d70s? is there alot of difference in the picture quality? i have the d70s, and want another. is the nikon d80 a good choice?

I am looking to buy another camera, i have a nikon d70s but would like to upgrade because i am doing weddings and need a backup (which my d70s will become). which would you suggest for weddings? keep in mind i also do sports photography..but my d70s does do well with that so if one of these isnt as good with sports i can use it. i want excellent image quality. these are what i am looking at d80, d2h, d200, and the d700. also, what is the normal price range for each of these? what size lens would you get, a 17-35? or something that has more range? also, if i buy a lens for one of these can it interchange with my d70s? sorry for all the questions but i am not a very good researcher and its so nice when people give their professional advise.

I have 5 bridesmaids, & my fiance has chosen 3 groomsmen. He chose the first three pretty quickly but then after a few months of him not getting the other 2 i started getting frustrated. I asked him if he just wanted to have 3 and he was very happy with that. I am fine with having different numbers of bridesmaids and groomsmen, i have seen it done in weddings before. I mentioned it to my family this evening and my mom wasn't very happy and the rest of my family thought it was weird. What do we do? He doesn't have 2 other CLOSE friends he wants in his wedding, do we leave it how it is or find two other guys?

I am making my own wedding invitations, they are 5x8-1/2. Should i buy 5-3/4 x 8-3/4 envelopes? Or is there another size that would be better for them?

I am getting married June 6th of 2009 and I LOVE calla lilies in bridal bouquets but they are just to expensive to buy from a florist. If I want to grow them myself indoors when should I plant them so they would be nice for my wedding? Also, how many flowers bloom per bulb. If i plant a bulb will I only get 1 calla lily from that one????????

I need to buy a background for taking individual sports photos. I don't want to spend a lot of money, where would you suggest I buy one? Also, what color would be the best to use. Is canvas, muslin or what type the best? Also, what type of mounting structure should i buy?

I have a Nikon D70s and am researching to find a backup (but i do want to buy something that is better than what i have already, i don't want to downgrade). Can you tell me the worst through the best nikon cameras in order? and what would you suggest i buy. i do weddings but i also work for a newspaper taking sports photography so i need something fast. or would you use the nikon d70s for one and then my other camera for everything else? help!

I have been doing photography on my own for the past few years. I have done a few local weddings, a few friends senior pictures, sports pictures (indivial and team pics) for a local school etc. I don't have any backdrops, lighting equipment, props or anything special for my work. I dont have a TON of money to just spend right now as I am getting married in the next 6 months but I also have 2 weddings to shoot next year and some other stuff coming up. Can someone tell me where to buy backgrounds, what color will be the best to buy that can be used for multifunctions and what lighting/flashes i should buy. Thanks.

i work for a newspaper taking sporting event pictures. i notice that the other people taking pictures have a monopod. what would you sugest i buy? i havent ever looked into buying one but it would great to use at night to help hold the camera steady. thanks

On saturday I am taking pictures at a wedding, my 1st time. well i was a '2nd' photographer at another wedding but i am a little nervous about being the only 'professional' there. does anyone have any advice for me or tips? i also have a question about the formal pictures--are brides supposed to be on a certain side? and is there an order to setting people up? i've been dating my boyfriend for over a year & a half now. and i have never hung up the phone on him. but i was already upset and he wasnt answering me so i just hung up. and he never called me back. whats that mean?

how do i tell my boyfriend that i dont want to turn into one of those girls that wait around forever to be proposed to and get married? i'm not ready at this exact moment..but he keeps saying about '3 years down the road' he'll be ready to build a house--he doesnt want to get married until he has a house built. but, 3 years just seems so long to me..i want to know he will be ready to commit before that long. how do i tell him this?

I have known my boyfriend since we were in kindergarden, i am now 20years old. after we graduated we started dating-that has been about 1 1/2 years ago. i know that it isnt a long time to be dating & i am young, but i am ready to get married. not necessarily in the next year--but to seriously start considering it. when i said something to him about it, he said he wanted to have a house first. i respect that, but now it is starting to make me feel like it could be years down the road. when we go shopping he is always spending money..on guns, and tools..he spends money on me too (sometimes to much) but how is he to ever have enough money to buy/build a house if he keeps spending it? i'm willing to put money towards it too..i just want to start the rest of my life with him. i'm getting restless, and afraid that maybe he isnt going to be willing to commit for a long time. what do i do?

The way his eyes sparkle when she's around, there is no denying his feelings for her are strong. His eyes dance in the light, he watches her every move; her brown hair blown by the gentle breeze, her ruby red lips silently sing along with the band, her slender body move to the beat-she is perfect he tells himself. Her gaze meets his sending chills down his spine, and for a brief second his world stops spinning. To know so little about a person but feel like you know everything, a sensation exploding in his heart. As she walks by her arm brushes his and he fights the urge to pull her close to him and never let her go. The smell of her perfume haunts him, it lingers in the air as she passes by. How does a grown man feel such emotions, think such thoughts? He can't help it, her beauty is to hard to ignore, to impossible to forget.
