When writing a formal letter, do we write at the salutation, the first name & family name, or only the family name, i.e.

Dear Mr. Robin Williams,

or Dear Mr. Williams,

When you talk about a ship / vessel, you say "it" or "she"?

My pc was infected by Downloader.MisleadApp.

I tried to delete the file where the infection is, but failed. Also tried to delete it when the pc is at Safe mode but failed too.

NortonAntivirus failed to delete or repair the file.

The infected file called eulbn.dll, located at the windows folder in system 32 folder.

Can anyone advise me how to get rid of the file?
