I had to put my hard drive into PC world when collected everything was fine except my ipod4 wouldn't show when connected unloaded i tunes then reloaded but message shows on pc screen saying " quote The registry settings used by the i tunes drivers for importing and burning CD's & DVD's are missing. This can happen as a result of installing other CD burning softwear. Please re install itunes un quote"

Have bought a perfume for my mum from Amazon and both her and i are convinced its a faux. Seller won't entertain my complaint and are now ignoring e mails basically stating that because it has been opened, Amazon will interfere if i can prove its faux but I'm stuck as to know how to get it tested its a YSL opium.

Paid a lot of money for a perfume for my mum through amazon for her birthday, she has just rung to say that although it is the same bottle packaging etc it is not the real thing as the smell is different. She should know as she has worn the same one for about ten years! i have contacted the seller but i just wanted to know what rights i have in returning it and is it worth contacting the perfume house to let them know?

Bought it less than 30 days ago but by the time i get it back to them it maybe just over the 30 days.

Insurance due for renewal and i received a quote the day before some idiot rammed my car. I have since received another quote through the post for the same car dated the day after the accident and it is a £100 more than the one 5 days earlier even though the other driver's insurance has admitted complete liability. I have phoned my insurance company and said that this doesn't seem right and have been told that this is the norm regardless of the other driver accepting liability.

Seems very unfair that i should be penalised for something that wasn't my fault anyone know where i can go with this ? or is this the norm? Car insurance company is the one that has three pink ladies singing an annoying song.

Does anyone know in the uk of someone i could talk to? i can't bear living in my house anymore. I love my husband dearly but his son whom came to live with us from 8 has caused nothing but problems. My staff i thought earlier had something in his eye as it started to swell and close a little. I washed it out with water and he has been asleep but he's just woke up and he's trying it hard to open it right up. he's squinting, as though bright lights are hurting them.

For the last three years our house has become a war zone with the lad 18 now being addicted to using the PS3. He is up all night and sleeps all day, has no social life dropped out of school college and thinks he is doing the world a favour by working part time (even late for that daily).

Is there anything we can buy/do that will restrict the access time allowed on our internet ? Other than unplugging the whole thing which spoils it for the rest of the family?
