I think bees pollinate and take some of the pollen and nectar bake to the hive and there it is processed, am I wrong and if so can explain it to me if that's not asking to much.

I have an in ground pool and for some reason there is water under the liner, I've pulled the liner back and getting the water out, but when it's gone I'll turn the pump off and the next day more water is back in it. It hasn't rained that much and it's dry here. I had the liner installed last year and I'venot had this problem until about two months ago,so if anyone can help with what can be done or any tips to make repairs I would appreciate
