I sent in my xbox to microsoft to get my red ring fixed, i left the xbox 360 sorage device in my xbox when I sent it in, now I got somone elses xbox back and it doesn't have any storage device in it, so I can not use live, save anything, or do anything. How do I get my storage device back if I can???

what are average swim times that a 14 year old freshmen boy would need to get looked at by colloges. All times but expecially the 500 1000 and 1650 yard freestyle

1000 is 10:45.6

500 is 5:16.8

I am a 14 year old boy, i have been swimming on a US team for 1 and a half years, and I have much to improve on.

I was always a pretty average swimmer on my town team then I did US swimming for a year and got better. Now ive been swimming competitively for about 1 year and 3 months. My 500 free time yesterday was a 5:23. Their are still many things that I need to improve in my stroke. Just to compare is this time bad, okay, good, or very good?

I also haven't had a full taper yet.
