I fell over the other day and didn't react properly so my head hit the carpeted ground. Two days after that, I'm fine but my co-ordination isn't as good, I always feel tired, I feel light-headed and I experience neck pains, especially when I bend down.

Should I visit the doctor cause I don't feel that bad and I know where I am and I didn't get knocked out or anything.

If I don't need to go to the doctor, how long will it take for everything to go away?

I'm near-sighted so now I don't really know what I look like. I wear contacts and everything looks really big compared to no glasses or contacts. When I put glasses on everything looks smallish. Which one is more accurate? Glasses? Contacts? Or nothing?
