I'm trying to build muscle right now. I'm 5'6, female and around 115lbs.

What would a good workout routine look like? Does this sound good?

M - arm

T - ab

W - leg

T - arm

F - ab

S - leg

S - rest

I have a good strength training routine for my arms and legs and I'm working on one for abs.

In regards to workout length, currently mine run around 1 hour. I'm read a few people say not to exercise for more than 45 minutes at a time. But when you put that solid 1-2 min rest, that's not much real workout time.

Should I be staying in the 45 minute range and lowering my reps, and pushing closing to my max. Or should I keep my reps, and go longer.

Any developmental ab workout suggestions would be great. I can't do too many advanced ab workouts yet in good form so things to build up to that. I hold plank, some jack knives and standard sit-ups.

I have problems with my right ankle, when I do bodyweight single calf lifts it causes a great deal of pain in the upper part of the motion.

(I twisted it while wearing high heels a couple years ago and it was never the same)

I don't want to wrap it for fear of it never healing, any tips to strengthen it?

In it you run a city. You have to have some farms to harvest wheat and then you turn the wheat into flour and then you turn the flour into bread to make food. You have buildings to house your cows which are harvested for milk for food (they all have cow names like Betsy if you click on them it would show)

You have can build a church and then click on it to see who is getting married. If you build an inn you will have drunkards wandering around the town. You can build different things to affect the townspeople's feelings too.

You can build guillotines and flowers. Guillotines will make your people work harder but lower their happiness. Flowers will make them work slower but raise their happiness. Also taxes and rations will affect how they feel as well.

I really want these people to understand what they are doing to this dog. I can't imagine it's good for the puppies to be left alone.

The ENTIRE litter that the dog had last year has died.

I want to be able to explain that what they are doing isn't good for the dog.

I've read and learned that the dogs need to be stimulated to use the washroom, so would this be a concern when removing her that the puppies are not able to use the washroom? Is there a concern that they are being starved? How often do puppies need to eat?

It sounds like it's emotionally distressful for the dog, and not a pleasant time, is there any documented instances of this affecting the way the dog feels about the puppies/owners, etc.

Please help, this is horrible for me to listen to but I need some ammo, they're very stubborn people who don't care too much about how their dog FEELS and don't recognize true feeling. They thought they're dog was happy when they left it out in the blizzard because it kept running back and forth trying to figure out where it was.

I have a Seagate USB 2.0 2 TB Harddrive and my boyfriend dropped it and the USB port snapped off. I want to know if I can put it into his USB 3.0 3 TB case? Will it be able to read?

I'm looking at it and it looks like the little green part at the end in the USB 3.0 has everything attached to it. Is there any way I can switch the chips on them? What's the suggestion?

I have all of my music for over 10 years stored on my HDD. I would really love to get it and not have to get my parents to ship me the backup.

I think I heard an assembly in high school where some Veterans told stories about their combat experiences - and why, because the enemy was humanised, they could not bring themselves to actually fire. (at least not AT the enemy,). So they had to change their training methods to create a more human formed enemy. Causing the soldier to have a reactionary shot and not an emotionally based shot.

Hi there, as of about 3 hours ago I have noticed a light infestation in my apartment. I have single-handedly killed around 40 in the first half hour of noticing. The fly-like creatures have ant-like body's with long wings, the bigger (I assume full grown ones) have almost a red hue to their body. I have yet to see them take flight, they just walk around. Firstly is this possibly caused by my cats? Any chance they could have worms and this is the larvae grown up? Secondly this wonderfully crappy apartment I live in has a lot of grooves in the parque (sp?) flooring. Is there any substance I can wipe into the cracks that would eradicate these bugs and not cause mold (maybe vinegar? not sure).

I am moving in a month out of this hunk of junk, and just need to survive and not have my cats die until then. Any help would be appreciated once you understand that my funds are very limited at the moment.

One of my friends has this neighbour who leaves their two dogs out for long hours while they're gone with no access to water/food.

The dog will repeatedly go up to my friends house and try and get inside since they're freezing and will bark at anyone it sees since they're so desperate for attention.

It's really depressing and he wants to report it but there's no one else really near them that would have noticed it so it would be obvious they've reported it...

They have 1 cat and the cat is constantly petrified when the dog comes by; the dog will stare at it from right outside their sliding door and bark at it/harass it..

It's a really bad situation for them and the person who owns the dogs probably has no clue that what they're doing is wrong but they're so anti-social that it's hard for John to figure out what to say to them...

Any suggestions? he's contemplated calling crime stoppers and just saying that they should tell the neighbour that this isn't a good way to treat animals; like I said he thinks it's probably not intentional. I've seen it so it's sad but most likely just neglect not... purposeful harm. The neighbour is a recent move-out from the parents I think so they probably just took the family pets for company but they're always out with friends and never around to really care for it so they're left outside starved and with a decent amount of running room but dude; it's winter and those aren't huskies.

First time I've actually known someone in this sort of situation first hand so I'm a little lost on how to help him out; it's really getting to him.

I have the blackSOD going on and I can't seem to fix it because of pest detector. I've gone through all the program removals and tried a manual remove but none of the files exist, apparently Pest Detector 4.1 is nowhere on my computer but it keeps running on start-up and therefore causing the blackSOD to be irreparable. I'm not entirely sure what to do, I got this laptop yesterday and installed Windows and all of that... If I can't solve it, it's not like I've put anything on it, could anyone tell me how to reinstall windows on it while having the BlackSOD? I can use the Task Manager to create new tasks to access almost anything.

It's awfully hot this time of year (surprisingly) I've been unable to coax them to like water, although they don't mind being wiped down with something damp, but I just want to make it more comfortable for them.

Could I take my hair clippers on the longest setting and trim their fur?

There are green growth on the rocks by my dock, they look like green worms but when scraped come off like they're just algae. A rock bass has been hanging out by some of them all day?

Is there a possibility that they are just eggs?

There also have been lots of sightings of water snakes in the area, as well.

There are white globs on the tip of the new growth of an evergreen tree by my house, it drips and I was wondering if this is a sickness, or natural.

Last year I don't remember it being anywhere near this bad. I live in downtown Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

I walk around and when I get home my ears are ringing. These junky little bikes are so loud. They're louder than ambulances and louder than police sirens. I don't understand why people would ride them, the damage they must be doing to their hearing is astounding.

It's gotten to the point that Harley's are quiet. That's saying something.

I understand that they need to make SOME noise, to be heard by cars as they're harder to see, but when you're doing over 70 in a residential zone and the noise penetrates all the way into their houses with closed windows and drowns out the tv, then I think we've got a problem. And I was under the impression that that amount of excess noise was against the law.

I really don't want to have my hearing damaged because some a--hole decided he didn't get noticed enough in his childhood.

I had my wisdom teeth removed on Wednesday. I'm still having a lot of trouble eating. I've been eating mashed potatoes, cheese cakes, tomato soup, chicken soup, and melted reese's haha

I've gotten really sick of all of it and I've eaten 5 reese's in about 40 hours. I'm bloody starving but still want to enjoy my food. Suggestions please?

Wal-Mart was around number 5, making more than most countries.

My computer is unable to run Firefox because of the lack of RAM

I need an internet browser that runs off very little computer processes, tabs don't matter, I just need a nice user-friendly browser that's not too abstract that no games will run on it.

I have recieved numerous things from the States because I'm starting my own business and I don't know why some things have cutoms and s ome don't.

It hasn't had to do with value because the more expensive things were in small boxes and had no customs, may it just be the size? Only the large boxes (around 3 feet tall and 1 foot each in other dimensions) have had customs and all of them have been around 21 bucks.

If anyone knows, that would be great since I've had a lot of trouble researching it.

Why do things get custom charges and how is the amount determined. Thank you very much!

I know how to change the physical size of it I was wondering if there was an easy way to, say, take a 2MB picture and make it 1MB or just under.

I know she's in heat but she will be quiet all day, only really cry out once or twice but at night she will just go CRAZY! Is she bored, like what is it?
