I have recently gone back swimming. I am about a stone overweight and am trying to shift this weight. After going a few weeks, I have noticed my general fitness has improved and I think now I need a training plan. Has anyone any ideas on how to go about making a good training plan?

However my laptop is an ibook, and a lot of MP3 players dont say if they are compatible with macs. I am particularly interested in creative zen or the new sony ones. Has anyone used a non-apple MP3 with a apple computer?

I am searching for a pair of hiking shoes for women that look in some way feminine. Im going backpacking later this year, and I know I need practical shoes but I cannot bring myself to buy the shoes available in traveling stores. Women styles appear to be no different to the mens other than size. Surely somebody is making them in colours other than beige and blue and with practical yet decent design?

I recently flew london-dublin. I was with BMI so had to use the self service check out. At no point at both in Dublin and London did anyone check my passport! I was shocked at the level of security in both airports. I would go as far to say, it was the most lax security I had ever seen in an airport.
