For college I bought a new MacBook Pro and then came to the college and bought Microsoft Office 365 to install on my computer. Whenever I try to press download it says "No Mountable File Systems". I've gone to the apple desk, called Microsoft, and called the IT desk at my school. Any experience or help would be greatly appreciated! I spent $90 on this and don't understand why it wouldn't work.

My friend is 15 and cuts herself and has serious depression. She thinks about suicide and is always down on herself. She doesn't like our school counselour and doesn't have an adult to talk about it with. I would like some advice on what to say to her and what I could do to help.. Walk to a counselor?

I have been thinking about how I can help with the world. I love animals, especially dogs. I recently lost and found my dogs and was so sad the night when I did not have them in sight and they were lost. When they got back I started thinking about how I could help stray animals, animals in need or Animal Shelters or what not. I have no clue what to do. I don't want to just donate money I want to be involved! But I'm too young to volunteer at local animal shelters. Do you have any clue of what I could do? Please Thanks!
