I was just recently hired on call as a beauty adviser at Macy's, and was initially excited about it. However, I researched it until my eyes hurt and have now heard the horror stories. I'm curious if anyone has had experience working on call at Macy's, particularly in cosmetics? Were you able to pick up many shifts? Were you able to get a part of full time position? I love the industry, so am excited, but I just hope to be able to pick up a decent amount of hours. Thanks for taking the time to help!

I recently saw a hairstyle on some random women, and I really like it. The longest layer was at her shoulder blades and then the rest of the hair was layered about 1-2 inches above the longest layer.

Any thoughts on what this hairstyle is called?

I am in my last years in high school, and I know I am a bit young to be thinking so hard on this, but sometime in my future I want to adopt a child from China. It will be when I have settled down and am in my mid-thirties.

I have been one for quite some time and absolutely love it! How long have you been one? What do you like about it?

I have had mine through most of my high school career. I met him as a Freshman and we became friends. He is also the epitome of the 'good guy'. He does a lot of community service and hangs out with everybody. And, yes, he also very good looking. He has just finished his Senior year and is leaving for college, receiving many scholarships. He is leaving for university this summer and I will miss him a lot.

Anyway, what is the story of your crush?

I hear a lot about water- the good, the bad -everything. For example, I have been told water is great for digestion and good for skin. It is also good for 'cleaning you out'. Although, I have heard that it actually doesn't assist you in digestion.

Also, how much should you drink a day? That is another thing I find to be a bit foggy when searching for the answers.

I have a favorite band. They are called The Shins. I like them for a number of reasons. Their lyrics, Mercer's voice, and the bands unique sound. But their lyrics are what really have a hold on me. I have never heard such honesty come out of a musicians' mouth.

A while ago, I was looking at paintings online. I came across one I really loved, but, never found out what the title of it was or who painted it.

It looks like it took place a long time ago. The setting is in a bedroom with a man in bed. And the women is up and she is wearing a blue dress. I am not sure what she doing, but, she is standing. I remember a ton of sheets on this huge, beautiful bed with the man sprawled out in them. I jsut can't seem to remember who painted it.
