My friend asked me to get the new tetanus shot before coming around their new baby. She is worried about the baby getting whooping cough. Should I get the shot or is she full of it? The most I would see the baby is about once every two weeks or so. What is the risk of the baby getting whooping cough?

my 8wk old chihuahua started to throw up worms late last night. he wont eat or drink and wont play. this morning when i took him out of his crate he couldn't stand up or hold his head up. now he is just laying around and moaning when i pick him up.
