Two female employees are speaking Spanish to each other. A manager walks up and does not understand what they are talking about since he does not speak Spanish. He feels uncomfortable, but does that give him the right to tell the girls that they cannot speak Spanish to each other while on the job? I understand the possibility of harassment issues because he does not understand what is being said, but what about the girls rights to freedom of speech?

I would like to start one based upon my own personal experiences at work and home. Im a pretty good artist i just dont know how to get my work out there. any advice?

Ok I was told by a physics teacher a while ago that If you took off at the speed of light, went to the moon , had a one hour lunch, and came back to earth at the speed of light, so much time would have past, that all your friends would most likely be dead. I do not understand this, since it takes less than two seconds to fly to the moon at the speed of light + a one hour lunch + less than 2 seconds to come back home at the speed of light= 1 hour and > 4 seconds of time that has elapsed. How does time differ from the traveler to the person on earth?
