I just rescued 2 kittens, they were appox 8 weeks old when i found them, they are now 11 weeks. They are a male and female with different fathers but come from the same litter (there mother was run over by a car). Do kittens have the same connection with each other when they come from the same litter? or do they just get used to each other?

My kitten is sick with a upper respiratory infection and had her first vaccinations. She is sleeping all day. She has been to vet and he gave her medication. Today is the first day where she has a 104 degree fever. She also has bloated belly (which is not caused by Roundworms). Could be FIP or just eating a lot, only time will tell.
