report abuse, on principle? The principle is freedom of expression and the fact is that words on a screen, no matter how odious, are still just words on a screen.

Or, if you prefer, how is democracy served by Congress refusing to discuss the proposal to send 21,500 more troops to Iraq? Are there more pressing issues on their agenda? If it is a good example of democracy at work, is democracy still something worth exporting?

This is not a question about the war on the most abused word in the language but about rocking boats to get things changed, hopefully for the better.
