Is there a way to get it back?

My daughter died two weeks ago. She was married, but her husband is not the father of my granddaughter. Her father is in another state. Her father, stepfather, myself, and my granddaughter all want me to have guardianship over her. I am trying to find out what documents I need and where to go in order to do this. Any help would be greatly appreciated. We are in California.

I am having a lot of problems searching for web sites. I get messages telling me that the Link seems to be lost. AVG is my anti virus software. Anyone know if AVG is having problems?

I co-purchased a home in California about 5 years ago. It is upside down now and the other owner cannot pay any longer. I opened a trust one year ago and placed my money into it. Is this money and the CDs safe?

I have a trust fund. My bank account is within the trust but I want to purchase CDs with some of the money. How do I make sure that the CDs are in the trust? I purchased one already, thinking that because I used trust fund money to buy it, it would be held in the trust. It isn't and I don't want to make the same mistake twice. Also, is there a way that I can move the existing CD into the trust without penalty?

There is something called Desktop Binder V2 that normally opens the scanner. When I try to open, II am getting the error message 1-2086 Temporary plug in path has failed. When I click on OK I receive a second message #1-2098 Initiialization of application has failed. I ran a clean up utility yesterday. Could that have caused it to be disabled? Help!!

My employer closed our pension plan and I received a lump sum distribution. Since I am over 59 1/2 and had some bills to pay, I opted to receive the money after the 20% fed. tax and 10% state tax was withheld. This was in September. Would you use Carbonite internet backup system for a business computer network? We use an external drive backup right now, but the boss wanted me to look into Carbonite.
