How to get rid of Bing bar in Crome browser?

When I cal on skype it sends me a message:

"Problem with playback device."

My laptop do not allow me to remove or install new

skype. It says "contact administrator" although I am

the administrator.

How to fix it, please help?

In my HP laptop there is a process called: WmPrvSE.exe (user: Network Services) which eats about 30% of the CPU time. Can anybody explain what is this process doing and how to get rid of it. Thank you.
