I got a new car 6 mo ago (08 Malibu 14000mi) because the family needed an extra ride, and I was adding a lot of miles to my truck. Wanted something new. Now I’m dissatisfied with the new car because it does not really serve a purpose for the type of work I do. Still driving my truck plus I’m not comfortable driving the Malibu. Now I’m faced with two notes, one car I don’t want, and a truck that need some attention which its unable to get because I don’t like to drive the car.

Considered trading the car (08 Malibu) I’d have to end up still paying $8000.00 Plus that amount of a new truck. Plus I loose some much in the value of the car.

If I trade my truck (02 Suzuki XL7 126313 mi) I’d have to end up pay $2000-$3000 plus the amount of a new truck. I do love my XL7 but I want some thing new with warranties because right now I have both care note and Xl-7 needs some attention. The Malibu is just sitting and I just refuse to drive it, Plus it’s hard to see out the passenger side of the Malibu.

Not sure which one is best to trade when, I try to do the number with the amount of a new car, I come out the same. Owing money for something I would no longer have.

Not sure what to do any more.

I bought a house 1yr 7mo ago.

6mo later nails in the bathroom floors started to come up through vinyl. Kitchen floor had a slight dip in it. Called 2 contractors to look at it stated no water damage unsure of cause. Called Farm Bureau, they came to look at it (never went under the house to look) Denied me of claim insurance stated it was previous damage. Called FB back in Dec07 because of the same issue only the cabinet started to shift in the same area where the kitchen floor has a NOW (a bigger dip).They Denied me again. Now my Carport has a Big Crack in it that start from the begin to the end of the carport all the way to the foundation of my house.

Called FB to make a claim today ‘Lady said I made a claim of water damage in dec 07 (not True)

What can I do?

For those that don't know!

It is a test that the kids take before the end of the year. This test determines if the child pass to the next grade or not. It's not the quality of work they do or the grades they make. It’s designed for the teacher to teach a Test not the fundamentals of the work. Now you know all kids don’t learn the same never have, but the same test is given to every child.

Also in every class there will be at least two kids that will fail that grade.

But my dream woke me up early this mornig about 4 am crying uncontrolably, About my mom furneral. We had to rebarrie her , only this time her casket was rapped up in an american flag . There was a buldozer lifting it to transfer out side of the church , but when the buldozer truned the corner he cracked the casket Only to disclose there was no body inside the casket.
