Isn't that really vague and leaving out a bunch of other ingredients??

So every time I try and load runescape on my new Windows 8 HP, it freezes and then the browser will say "not responding" and it will crash making my whole computer freezy and slow.... I usually have to turn it off for a while and restart it to have it working normally again.... why is this happening and why won't runescape work on my computer? is there anything I can do?
