My front bottom gums have been bleeding?

Not like gushing blood, but bleeding none the less. Especially my canines and I'm not sure why.

I don't smoke, I'm not sick and I'm 24. And it's not just after I brush my teeth. I went to bed just woke up didn't touch them and they were bleeding.

And yes I know, I need to go to the dentist haha, and I am, just trying to figure it out now!!

Soo... I'm not old, but I'm not young... 23 to be exact hah.

So closer to young than old I suppose..

anyway, what are some good workouts I can do to mix it up?

I work fulltime and we do have a gy here that I use on the regular, but I'm not getting the result I'm shooting for, and I am pushing myself as much as possible.

So again, what new workouts could I do to mix it up? And get better results?

You all probably think this is a "I cheated on him blahblahblah..." story, no actually it's not. It's more liiiike... my ex and I were together for about two years... we broke up close to a year ago now... we hadn't spoken at all to one another...

I got a new boyfriend, probably way to quickly.. but I did and that's that. Well the new guy and I broke up because he was a HORRIFIC boyfriend... plus we just didn't have as much in common as I thought we did.

Well, here's the problem. He and I slept together... and I didn't regret it at the time (which is good). But now I do. My ex and I have begun talking again, which is something I've never done. That whole break up and go back, I just never thought I could do something like that, mentally.

Well, last night we were not fighting exactly, but we were talking about he and I and where we wanted to go with this. I want to be with him for sure, he on the other hand is not sos re, well he is when he's with me, but when he leaves he thinks about everything that happened, and he can't push himself past the past. The conversation continued and he told me about the one girl he really talked to and how he had slept over her house, but nothing ever happened..

and clearly he was prompting me to tell him what happened with my new ex and I. I couldn't tell him.

I didn't lie, I just said that I wasn't ready to talk about it yet. I'm not going to lie to him, that's not a relationship I'd be proud to be in.

But what can I do? How can I say it?

I don't want to lose him, and I feel as though he wont want me.

But, he has to know that something happened by my reaction.. I told him we could talk to tonight about everything..

What can I do?

How do I do it?

Oh... p.s. the big problem is. in those two years we were together we never slept together, we did stuff just never went all the way. He's a virgin, I'm not, but I wasn't before him either.. NOT as though I'm some w-h-o-r-e.. i've been with two guys, ONLY two guys.

I'm 20, I am an adult, and I'll make adult decisions...

i got in mmm september... sooo like 8 months ago.

it's heeled up and all, but suddenly the stretch marks under it are inflamed. like itchy and up verses flat with my skin.

what do you think is wrong? my mom suggested the sun but, this happened two months ago in the winter...

I'm a girl and i have one tattoo thus far, it's on my left side, three flowers and my initials ( i have two sister, one flower for each and we all have the same initials)... i want another one, on the opposite side probably, wings with friendship underneath of it.. but im not sure.

i don't wanna regret them.. i know i wont regret number 1...

plus my boyfriends mom is not about tattoos at all... like AT ALL haha... she doesn't know about mine and prolly never will.. unless we vacation together.. goodness...

Soo I lied. I'm not worried about my friend, I'm worried about myself. My boyfriend and I had sex Jan 17th. I skipped my period the month before, on purpose, i know i know bad idea.. i was thinking about new years (didn't have sex then).

Anyways, I also started working out recently.. maybe a few weeks now, like long walks and some gym workouts. I haven't been active like this in years.

Anyways, he didn't come in me, and we used a condom. BUT we messed around again after... buuut i'm pretty positive there's no way he got any semen on his hands.. because well.. i know where that went.... anyways.

I got my period for about two days, around 5 days late, and it was SUPER light... i got my period mm lets see thursday/friday...

i normally have a pretty heavy period... and i don't see how i could be pregnant.. but hopefully somebody super smart.. like Jill.

I know taking a test will give me an answer I just don't really want to out of nerves.

What do you all think?

A friend, for real haha.

She started working out last month, pretty vigorously too. She is on birth control aaand uses protection. Within the last month she has been sexually active twice, protection was used and her boyfriend didn't go in her. More information... she decided to skip her period last month, because of new year and whatnot. But now, almost a month later, she should finally have her period and she doesn't. She got it just very lightly, like a light brown and only for two days.

Should she be worried?

I mean a period is a period right?

She also was not at all active before this past month or so.
