have been working at a retail store for over two years now. About seven months ago I transferred to another department in the store. I work in the ladies shoe area. At this department store that I work with there is a goal that you have to make everyday. Mostly every day I make my goal, but lately about 20 percent of what I sale will come back to the store. I am not sure what I am doing wrong. I explain all the details about the shoe, how it fits, and put it on the customer myself instead of just giving the shoe box to them. What are reasons that you might return a shoe that you absolutely loved? Is there anything that you would suggest for me to do to help my return rate? Also anything that is returned I have to add that to my daily goal. I really love my job, but I guess I need improvement somewhere.

To make a long story short two years ago I sold a Ford Ranger to a coworker whose vehicle broke down. He agreed to pay me $7,000.00 for the vehicle. The payments came the way they were supposed to for the first year. Then he started missing payments, and when I would threaten to take the truck back then he would pay me the money he owed for that month. Well back in October he asked me sign over the title so "he could get a loan for the rest of the money he owed me.” I was not stupid so I said no, and I have not heard from him since. He has moved away to a local town with my truck. I have not received any money from him since October. My question is what can I do to get my truck back? I do not know the exact address to where he is, but I do know my truck. Is there anything I can do legally to get my truck back? A law enforcement officer told me that it is a civil matter, and they cannot help me. So who can?

I am writing a paper for my english class and I was wondering what are some of your views on adoption. When is it a good idea? Do "you" think the state does a good job in finding the right home for the child, or do you think they just push a child into an unwelcome home to have another child out of their hair? What reason if any determine a parent to be unfit?

the problem I have is that after the formal we are going to a concert so I need help picking a way to do my hair so I can look nice at both places. I was thinking about half up half down with a nice barette but I'm not sure. So please help me.

I live an hour away from my work place so I have to travel to get to work each day. I want to save money by getting some snacks or making a lunch and eat it here at the office rather than paying out the butt for take outs. My question is what is a good thing to keep at work to make a sandwhich or something. I don't have a refridgerator here at work though. I do however have a microwave. Also is it okay to leave jelly on a shelf after opening it?

I want to pretend to be strangers and "meet" up at a club or something. Take him home and have one night to remember with playing the roles of strangers. I think it would be a lot of fun.

One time we were really into it when we rolled on the bed to fall on the floor hard. Totally killed the mood for both of us. When we fell then I hit the floor first, and his weight didn't help either.

to pay to live at home with your folks? How much do I agree on to be able to do as I please? I have lived on my own for almost two years, and now I am back at home. I want to know what is the right amount I should give my parents to stay there. Also what is the right curfew for a 20 year old.

My sister is 17 years old and her and my mother have been at eachothers throat for quite some time. Well last night as the fight started to hit the fan again they came up with a possible solution to their ongoing fights. My sister will be 18 in a month and she doesn't want to stay home anymore. My mother has given her permission to move out of the house to live with another family member for two weeks to a month to see if it will change things. I am a bit scepticle about the whole thing. I know that they have their arguements but is a seperation really what they need. Please help me. Has anyone been through the same thing to know how it turns out.

I have a 38 D chest, and I hate it. I don't know if I should get a reduction, or just lose weight. If I lost weight by increasing excercise then would I eventually start losing some boobs. I have lost 7 pounds so far and they are still the same.

I have a few but the one that tops the cake happened when I was 14 years old. I was playing volleyball with my dad. I was in the pool and my dad was outside of it hitting the ball to me. He hit the ball high to me and I fell trying to hit it and when I got back up my bathingsuit top tilted and it exposed my breast. I didn't know it had happened untill my dad just left and went back in the house. He never told me. Then I felt a breeze and knew what happened. I was sooo embarrassed, but I'm sure my dad was too.
