why is it that in my city(mexia,texas) the dsl's max speed avalible is 6mb/s, and uverese is the same at 6mb/s.. just up the road in a city smaller, they can get up to 12 on uverse, and 8 on dsl... can anyone give a technical or reason that is happening... tried calling att, and they were lpretty much un helpful, and by max speed i mean max speed you can get as a plan..

im looking to get a stand or a seat for under 200... i have no clue what is actuallu out there, lots of stuff in aus, but shipping is horrible, and playseats is like 299 at the cheapest, not looking to spend much..

p.s. ive already have a playseat rookie.. way to small for me 6 foot o inch tall...

im want to swap out my old beaten 4.8l with 130k+ miles on it for something with a little more grunt, i have the basics down such as i will need a new tranny, especially cause my 4l60e is one of the weakers ones and its already starting to show, and ill new to flash the cpu or ecu for the 6.0l, will it be hard to do the swap?

i need help, i have been looking at a 1984 camaro z28 as a project car, engine is the v8 305, the tranny is a 700r4. the trans is busted(no clue whats wrong with it), the right door handle is gone, interior is in good shape aside from the center console being ripped to shreds, and the paint is sun damaged on about 25% of the car.. the lady wants $1800... is it worth that or should i try to haggle her down

i am considering getting a signature loan for 3000 dollars to help out my credit(no credit) with the help of my dad as a co-signer. before you guys start saying get a secured card i cant to that... my dad started his credit that way and i would like to too, i have the money to the loan off in the alloted time or sooner, just need to build up credit and pay for my girls cna license(no free classes at nursing homes here) plz no telling me i dont need it or what ever.. just want to know if i can get one. my dad has great credit with this bank and hasnt missed a payment on any loan for the 4+ years hes had 1 there and they also use the bank for direct deposit

i called microsoft do to oe of my freinds that was living wwith me installing some illgealy crack software(microsfot office and some others) onto my system, the guy on the phone said i have 1 month to get 99 dollars so i can can get it fixed my microsoft and no urther legal action will be taking, i was wondering woundlt they send out a cease and deceist order b4 fining me?

i was wonder if i could patch the hole in my window a/c unit, its a hole in the raditor part(back of the air condionar), and i was wondering if i could will it with frio... or how much will it cost to get it fixed... its a pretty nice unit and cools nicely.. although my freind tried to drill some holes to allow better water drainage and struck the radiator by accident.. now it only blows hot air

im in the market for an alienware laptop, namely the m17x 2001 model, with the 2.2 ghz(3.3 turbo 6mb cache) 4gigs of ram, ati raedon 6970m.. i was just wondering does anyone know if these are good... i have a studio 1555 now with a ati 545v graphics card, and 2 ghz processor, will the alienware be an improvment... i love alienware but am unsure about this new model...

i got a phone call from the sale manager for something from Kelloggs Tuesday in reference to an application i put in for a merchandiser part time position, when he called he discussed my pay and such and told me i would have to submit to a background check and drug screen (urine test at lab-corp) does me getting the pre employment mean i have the job, i don't do drugs and my background is clean, so does this mean i got the job? when we talked on the phone he was asking me what i would like to be paid and i said 7.25 and he said 9.50... so.. this is really bugging the heck outa me

first of all im 19 years old... i need money to get my GED, no one will end it to me so that is out of the option.. i have been looking for a job for about 2 years and applied at every business in my city multiple time, with progressively better and better resumes each time i always remember to follow up and call the business to check on my application. ive had 1 interview at Wal-mart, and the lady said to my face that i was over qualified for the position, any ideas? ive tried all the web sites and they have really no jobs listing for my city which is mexia Texas... wtf am i supposed to do?

i have a class b misdemenor reckless driving, i live in texas.... this is my first offence besides some warning tickets for minor stuff such as tailights, and license plates, and i was wondering what are my chances of going to jail.... i know that the max is 30 days in jail and or/or a fine not to exceed 200 dollars.... i just need to know will i go to jail... i just turned 19... main reason i need to know is to make sure i have someone take me... thanx... also i went to jail the night it happened... and got bonded out the next morning... my bond was somewhat 300 dollars so... if that helps...

does anyone know what could be wrong?

ive been sick for about a day and a half my symptoms are sore achy all over, sore throat, fever not over 101.2, stuffy nose, head ache, and occasionally i sneeze out some yellow mucus that is thick and has a little blood in it... i also have this when i hark it up. if u know what that means. ive been taking Tylenol. and am getting better. i just need to know if this is the flu or what.
