Why do all most all other animals get killed if they attack someone, but when its a human most of the time they just get a smack on the wrist or put behind bars

Before archery was ruined with "compound bows" and guns, when the main firearm was a bow, did the arrows have nocks in them(the little bit cut into the fletched end) or is that somthing thats only recently been added

When you only think about the weirght/damage ratio, what would you say would be the lightest most damage

In labirinthian i found the Drain[-] bow battle axe and sword

Drainblood battle axe 23 dmg 5wgt

Drainheart sword 13 dmg 3 wgt

Drainspell bow 16 dmg 6 wgt

Are they the best lightest weapons with the highest damage??
