I work for a company as a store manager of a grocery store of 150 employees and im starting to feel as if there is something fishy going on in our main office. For example, they tell us that we are salary employees , YET if i work half a day they dock us half a days pay, also, we work 60 hours a week and we are forced to punch in and out and they actually will not pay us if we forget to punch in or out, so even if i punched in and forgot to punch out, they wont pay me until i call them and tell them i forgot. Aslo another thing is that we work 60 hours and we punch for 60 hours , BUT then on my check stub it shows 54 hours worked, why would they do that? Also ive taken days off , and not as vacation or sick days, and theyll actually take my vacation day and use it for me on the day i requested off without my permission. Also when i started working there 13 years ago they were paying me cash for the first 2 1/2 years. Do i have a case? Just based off of this?

It doesnt make any sense, i dont understand why women are not attracted to me sexually. Im a very handsome guy, im 100% Italian with dark hair and Hazel eyes. Im in decent shape, im very intellectual and very social. Im open minded, i dont judge others and im a very fun guy. But somehow i do not come across as a sex appealing guy to women, i dont have a hard time talking to women , i just never pick up women who want to have sex with me, its almost as if i dont know when to fire. And it seems that a lot of women arent comfortable with me and that might be it. So im asking for some advice on some things i can do to not turn women off or make them feel uncomfortable with me. I will admit that i am very outspoken(but not out of context) and have very strong energy, but i am kind and understanding so it shouldnt affect anything. It bothers me that a lot of Women nowadays watch Football and try to act like they actually understand the game. The reason is because i think of Football as a guys get away from all the BS in the world like work, family chores, school, problems etc. But now women are trying to act like men and watch football? Thats like men going out with their wives or gfs on Girls night out, STAY AWAY and do girly things unless youre a woman who wants to be a man, well then....

Ive been talking to this chic for 2 months, now ive already told her that i like her and that i want to be with her. She never says it back but she acts as if shes into me and always texts me back and talks to me for hours over the phone. Weve hung out twice, im 26 and shes 22, were both Mexican. So 3 days ago i went to visit her and right after i leave some random guy friends her and posts something on her wall on FB. So i didnt think much of it. The guy is real good looking and in shape, and she doesnt know him bc on his post she actually says , i dont know you but yet she proceeds to keep replying to his posts. So now im wondering if she likes me, or shes just wasting my time. Am i reading too much into this or should i just ask her?

These people are programmed from their youth to hate, not associate with anyone outside their religion, and to kill Christians and Jews ( and YES it does say that in the Quran, ive read it!) and some of them are good people? Thats about as hateful and evil you can get

Im trying to figure out why some men can get any woman and some men cant even get a woman to look at him. Ive come to the conclusion that men who masturbate too much are losing a lot of Life force energy or bio electric energy when they ejaculate and wasting all the energy that attracts women to them. WIth out the life force energy of a man , a woman has nothing to be attracted to a man for. So is it possible that these men who cant get any women are the ones who over masturbate and the women can sense this and that the man has little to any kundalini (life force energy) and the woman can smell it? This is supposed to be a Spirituality and Religious forum and all i see is hate, insults, mocking and etc. Why dont people actually look at themselves and make that the starting point as to where all you life problems begin, dont mock others or judge others bc you believe (without any facts or knowledge) that you are correct. The thing i find most Sad is that instead of opening our minds to unlimited possibilities on Spirituality and and life , we like to limit our beliefs and suppress our feelings bc its traditional and its easier than actually digging, and doing research and doing whatever it takes to find freedom. Dont people want to find the truth, and im not speaking of the Lazy truth taught at churches which actually makes your mind and spirit weaker but youd have to understand energy and spirituality to understand that, the point of life is to find your true self, empower yourself and then be yourself!!! Not be someone that others are telling you to be, thats true freedom. Wake up

So ive been offering help to heal those who have problems or diseases for FREE and peopl just like to call me names , make fun of me, tell me im a fraud etc. Now i understand why those with real Spiritual Powers as myself take advantage of people, because 99.9% of people are like sheep and dont like to think outside the box. How come Christians never answer thier questions directly and always go around them and try to counter attack you by attacking the question? And i find it hilarious that they ALWAYS use the Bible as a a source of fact when its not based on fact therfore you cannot use it as your source. Christians have you ever noticed that when you try to use logic your beliefs are threathened , shouldnt that tell you something? They have been brainwashed into believing that God is in Heaven sitting in his throne judging them and selecting those he wants to be with him. Not realizing the whole time that they are believing in 2 Gods, Satan and Yahweh which means they are both Devil worshippers and yahweh worshippers. The funny thing is that they dont even know what they believe in bc the Bible says in in that God created evil and the devil and knows everything about him and he controls him , so why would he allow us to be tempted by him? If he controls him , that means the same God who claims to save you is actually the same God who condemned you in the first place. Pure rubbish!

I was taking my one week vacation from work, so i wanted to just take that vacation and relax, that was what i decided to do for my vacation. So i read into meditation and started meditating and after a few days i noticed something weird was happening, i started seeing the numbers 111 or 1111 everywhere. So at first i thought it was just my imagination, but then i had just received my new Debit card in the mail ,so i was putting my info on my automatic online pay for my new Debit card and it asked for my CV number, so i turn the card around and the number was 111. At that moent i knew it wasnt a coincidence anymore. Now i always see 111 , 1111, 417 1144. I looked it and found out the number 11 or multiple 1s means Spiritual Awakeness. And i have been feeling different since meditating daily, i feel stronger and i feel like i know my true purpose, anyone know more about this?

Christians are such disgusting , hypocrites and heres why, somebody just asked a question in a scenario on which of the 2 following peoples would go to heaven. NOW being that i USED to be a devout Christian and attended Bible school, WHO ARE YOU to judge and DECIDE who goes to Heaven, are you GOD? And the saddest part of all is that all you Christians try to Evangelize to nonbelievers, but YOU , yourselves cant even follow the easist and proper laws of your so called faith, THEREFORE your beliefs are a joke, thats why most people are leaving religion.
