I've been having some health problems and after going to multiple appointments, I'm at my wits end. Here's the story:

I experienced upper abdominal pain of my right side at the beginning of March. After a month the pain got worse so I went to the E.R. The doctor pressed on my stomach and I screamed because the pain was so bad. He diagnosed me with gallbladder problems and said I needed it to be removed but I would have to contact my physician, which I did. She said she wanted an ultrasound of my gallbladder before scheduling me (at the time I was also running a low fever of 99.8). Got the ultrasound and it came back negative for any gallbladder problems. After the results came she dumped me off to a gastroenterologist. I couldn't get an appointment with a specialist for two months so I decided to switch hospitals and doctors.

So I switched hospitals. They took my blood work which showed my red blood cells were slightly low and my white blood cells were high. My ESR was high as well (still had a fever too). I didn't test positive for any bacterial infections, but my white blood cell count being high meant there was inflammation or an infection somewhere. I had an upper abdominal endoscopy which came back negative for anything. After the endoscopy my blood work went back to normal and my fever went away. My doctor suggested keeping a food diary and coming back in a few months.

It's now December and my stomach pain has gone away. I still feel some pain occasionally but not as often and I can eat regularly. Now I have a lot more problems. Dizziness, joint aches (like I have arthritis), muscle aches, headaches, vision problems, increased amount of thirst, fatigue and just this sense of fogginess in my brain. I also have this lump feeling in my throat when I swallow, which has been happening for a few days now. My main concern is my, muscle aches, dizziness and fatigue. It's like I can't move, my body is so exhausted and hurts, some days it feels like I did an extreme workout when all I did was get out of bed. I can't focus, I can't think and quite frankly these symptoms are messing with my emotional and mental state. I'm getting more depressed by the day to the point where I just cry because no one seems to realize that I'm serious about my symptoms. My doctor is going to run a test for lupus my next appointment. Are there any other diseases/issues that would cause these symptoms? I have my good days and bad days but I want to get back to feeling like me.

Female, 22 yrs. old, african american

Tests I've already had that came back negative:

H.pylori

Hepatitis

Gall Bladder Disease

Liver tests

Diabetes

If anyone has any suggestions I would greatly appreciate your input. This is really a problem for me, I want my life back.

For the past three months I've had extreme pelvic pain. I can't even stand up longer than a half an hour. For the past two months I've been bleeding. For the past month I've been bleeding and passing blood clots around the size of a nickel. Im extremely tired all the time as well. All ultrasounds and pap smears are normal. I was tested for thyroid problems and that came back normal too. My doctor has put me on birth control (seasonique), and progesterone but nothing seems to help the pain or the bleeding. I really need some advice on what to do next because I had to take a Leave from college from this. It's effecting my life tremendously. Thanks!

A week ago I went to the ER for pain and they diagnosed me with ovarian cysts. I have an appointment coming up but I just wanted to know why ovarian cysts cause excessive thirst, nausea and dizziness. I'm drinking so much fluids and I'm still thirsty (with no appetite). The only reason I actually stop drinking is because I'm full of fluids but I'm still dying of thirst afterward. What do cysts cause this?

I have this bump on the bottom part of my navel piercing. I got the piercing 3 months ago and Ive had to bump for a month. It doesn't hurt but it secretes small amounts of a clear fluid and blood. Does anyone know of ways to get rid of it?

I started to bleed on Friday. I figured it was my period because I was experiencing PMS and cramps the whole week before. The cramps became more and more severe so I decided to go into the ER. The doc told me my urine shows that I'm pregnant but the ultrasound was negative, and my hgc is ten (which is the lowest he's ever seen). He told me to go home and rest and that its a possibility that I'm having a miscarriage. Now the bleeding has gotten heavier and I'm passing bloodclots bigger than a quarter. Is this a miscarriage? How long does it last? (I've been bleeding and in pain for 3 days now? And should I go back to the hospital or will it pass on its own? Help please

I know keeping your stomach tucked in builds muscle but if you do it all day what is the affect of it and how great is the impact if your trying to lose weight around the middle?

I recently went to the emergency room for a rock like lump on my neck. I was in a lot of pain but all the doc told me was that is was a nodule on my thyroid. I got an ultrasound a month later butby then the lump was gone. All tests keep coming back fine, including thyroid tests. Does anyone know whatthe nodule could have been caused by? Should I investigate any further?
