I had a virus on my computer, so I scanned it with malwarebytes, hitman pro, and superantispyware, each found problems. i didn't have time to look at it after removing everything from those scans so I just turned it off. Now I tried to turn it on a few days later, and it will not even power up. What do I do now?

I have a kodak playsport that records in .mov files. I shot a video in 1080p and I can't get it to upload to youtube in anything more than 480. I heard you are supposed to use youtube movie maker, but that didn't work for me either. You have to buy it to convert it to hd. So what is a free program I can use to upload my movies in hd?

We custom painted a snowmobile, and it looks pretty good. However, it wasn't buffed because the guy said everytime we sanded it more would come off. So now that it's done it has bumps on the hood, now it's not that noticible but it is driving me nuts. Would I be able to buff it now or is it to late? I just want to do it a little bit so it looks smooth. Also if I can do it now what should I do it with?

I have an older truck with a 1 and 7/8 inch ball on the bumper, and it's rusted on. I have a 14ft boat that requires that ball, but I am also interested in hauling a pontoon with it, but it needs a 2 inch ball. Is there any way or is it safe for me to change the connecter on the pontoon hich to 1 and 7/8? I know that they make them I just want to know if it would still haul ok if I just changed the silver part where you connect the trailer to the truck.

I have a 4gb ipod and I want to fit my entire library of songs on there. is there a way I can make the files smaller so they can all fit on my ipod? I have 1984 songs and it's just over 6 gigs, but most mp3 players that size say they can hold up to 2000 songs, so I must have made the files to big or something. How can I get all of these onto my 4gb ipod?

I recently had to get my computer reformatted, so it has nothing on it basically. When I try to run Sony Vegas it says it cant start up because there is no .NET framework. Whet is this exactly and where can I download it from? I realize my computer guy probably just didn't put it on there. Also, I'm trying to record in audacity on xp, (my os was previously vista) But I cant figure out how to get to stereo mix on input. My realtek hd audio speakers only had output listed. Once again, it's probably just a forgotten driver, but where can I find it?

I have 2 kayaks and only one j rack, so I want to build another kayak j rack. I looked at my rack the other day and it just seems like if I bent it to the same angles as my other one I could have another one just like it. I think it would be a lot cheaper if I could just make one somehow, but I can't figure out how to bend it without miss shaping it. I don't have a tube bender, and they cost like $40 so I'd rather not buy one. So is there some way I could bend it without having to get a tube bender?

I need to put on an anchor and I remember someone told me to put an anchor shackle on before I put my anchor on the rope, so if you get caught you can maybe get it undone, but I can't remember how to install it. So how do I install an anchor shackle to the anchor and the rope? A picture of yours would be great.

You always see it on movies of people selling watches and necklaces and stuff, but does this really happen? I want some sunglasses and headphones do you think I could find people selling knockoffs cheaply in Chicago?

recently, I just found out about feeds and how you could get updates from craigslist if something that you are looking for become available. Now when I click on feeds it says this feed no longer exists. How do I get it to update every time something I want becomes available? I have IE, but I don't know what version.

I only use my yahoo email, but youtube just linked my account to my gmail account. How do I get it linked to yahoo or am I screwed? I want all my subscription notices and comment notices sent to my yahoo account, so how do I do it?

I just got an older free computer, so I figure if I can't fix the problem I don't lose anything. It seems like there is a problem with the backlight. It's an older Dell Latitude D510 it has 248mb of ram and some virtual memory as well. When I start the computer it acts fine, but after about 5 minutes it seems like the backlight goes out or something. It's still on, but It's very hard to see the screen. If there are some setting I need to adjust or something or if you think the backlight is broken let me know. Also, what is virtual memory, how does it work, and can I get more of it? When I checked the properties it seemed very fast for somethng with such little ram so I checked and it about 256mb of Virtual Memory as well.

I wanted to place an add on craigslist and it keeps asking for my phone number, but I don't want to give it. I have posted adds on craigslist before with no problems, so why is it asking me for a phone number now? And is there any way to get around this?

I have a Trek 800 singletrack mountain bike that I've had since was new in about 1998. It still looks almost new although it has been beaten quite a bit. I am trying to figure out some cheap ways to upgrade my bike. I know that it would be better if I would just buy a new bike, but I don't have $300 or more to drop on a new great quality bike, especially since this one works pretty well still. One of my main things though is it doesn't have any suspension. I looked at Walmart bikes the other day and even the cheapos have suspensions on them now a days. So I figure some of those walamart pieces could probably make my bike better. I was thinking of getting a suspension seat post because they are pretty cheap, and is there a front fork suspension I could get pretty cheaply? What else could I do?

We have AT&T and we have always gotten fox sports detroit until today. I try to turn it on and it goes right to channel 790 (FSD was 737). I am seriously think about canceling if we no longer get this channel because we watch every Tigers game. The last time I had watched it prior was about 3 days ago I think I watched the Red wings.
