For android. Please help.

How do you center a css layout? I'm on neopets (yes, neopets. I like to roleplay on there.)

I have no idea how to. I made this layout, but I can't find a website to help me center it. This is my page:

My Wii remote will connect to the Wii system, but when i point it at my screen, no pointer shows up. The sensor bar is placed directly on top of my TV, in the middle. I am standing about 5 or 6 feet away from the TV. I have tried pointing it at the TV and Sensor bar, but nothing is showing up on the screen. I've tried re-syncing it, but that didn't work. I've tried using 3 other Wii Remotes, but those did not work either. Help, please!

What is a good song to listen to when...
