I have been feeling light headed and some morning nausea for a couple of months on/off like I am pregnant. Two negative tests. I am still breast feeding 22 mth old. 36 years of age. Am I just exhausted (other young children) or could it be pre menopause? It feels hormonal.

Has anyone had a partial rotator cuff tear?

What treatment worked?

I have tried high dose steroids with no effect and still have a lot of pain
