I am going to Delhi for 10 days at the end of December. I assume this is a low risk time. Some advice seems to say to take a stand by medicine in case of infection, other advice suggests a course of antimalarial drugs. Most of the advice I find doesn't seem to be season specific though. Any thought of those who have travelled at this time would be welcome.

I have only just gone on broadband - would this have anything to with it? My computer was fast before that.

By nurturing very young children in sports are we not going down the route of the old Eastern Block countries took and we so much despised? All so we a few individuals might get a gold. Isn't it better to give our children a healthy balance of sporting experience rather than coaching them to the point of obsession in one sport?

My son who is a keen swimmer told us he wanted to leave the school swim team. After much discussion it transpired that he was worried about changing because he was being made fun of because he is circumcised and none of his friends are. I tried to tell him to cover it under a towel but Im worried that he has a bad self image. Any suggestions please.

I have newly married a woman who has a ten year old son.He was circumsised at birth. I noticed that he has a large skin bridge that attaches his glans to the skin on his penis. I mentioned it to his mother who said its always been like that. Not sure if it is something to be concerned about.
