I thought that there were new rules prohibiting the pitcher from just standing around and not wasting time for more than about 20 seconds, and that the batter could not walk out of the batters box, etc. It still seems like they continue to fool around, spit, stare at the batter, catcher, etc. and and take forever. Why are these rules not being enforced?

From time to time, my wife makes stir-fry entrees. Generally she uses Teriyaki sauce.

We would like to try making something that has a flavor that is similar to the flavor one experiences at American Chinese restaurants.

What types of sauces or flavorings should we use to replicate this flavor?

Also, are there any recipes on the Internet to make stir fry meals that taste more like Chinese restaurant food?

I reported these goofs earlier this year, and nothing has been done to correct it. How do we contact the people at Yahoo to completely re-do these months?
