Few questions about Divorce settlement?

All child matters aside, we're up to settlement stage. i am in australia.

1. Am i entitled to anything ? i spend about 4 years in household (12-16) with my stepdad, he kicked me out when i was 16. my mum got divorce in late last year, i am now 21 she moved in with me, we're renting.

2.i also have half sister. she is 7.5, does she entitled to anything(she is child between mum and stepfather) ? they have one week care each.

3. i dont think i was ever legally adopted by him, signed piece of paper that between my mum and stepdad ?

4. they are up to property settlement stage... consider i was mowing the lawn every couple of weeks, i did contribute to maintenance of the house from when i was 12-16 year old. :P also he stuffed up my schooling not paying school fee in year 12 and causing **** with me, now he claims that he pays all my school fees and my mum should pay him back LOL...

ok to make things more sense, i am working as a storeman, i drive forklifts, i work with heavy metals, (springs weights 3-8 KGS each and i have to pack thousands of these a day, bending my back etc). after 9 months it does make my back sore everymorning even though i am only 23...

so i've been at this place for 9 months, i've just recently found out that i've been payed under legal minimum wage.

employer also breach some other laws thats passed in which i am entitled to a payrise for last 6 months which i havent recieved,

what can i do ?

should i sit down with the boss and try and sort this thing out ?

i already tried speaking to him basically he said the door is there if uw ant to leave..

the company owes me money, i am afraid to ask for it..
