I need to translate "Chef de Jury" used in the following context:

In higher education, there is a teacher responsible for each level (All 1st level students have a Chef de Jury, all 2nd level students have another Chef de Jury, etc). This teacher is responsible for collecting exam sheets from other teachers, printing exams and checking if the marks students get are accurately transcribed. At the end of the academic year, the Chef de Jury meets with all the teachers (the jury) of the level he presides to check the final marks of students to approve them and to decide who succeeds and who fails.

I thought about "head of panel" but I don't think that would be the correct translation. Do you know what this position is called in English?

I have a custom privacy setting for almost everything on FB. The new application (Facebook Questions) FB launched, displays my answers publicly and I couldn't find a way to prevent it from doing so. I am hiring my graduation gown and hood, and buying the hat. I have the choice between a folding skull cap (£30) and a rigid skull cap (£80) and I don't know what I should go for. I am tempted to buy the folding skull cap since its cheaper, but I am not sure if it would fit well when I wear it on my graduation ceremony. I've been training weight lifting for 3 months now and I think I've improved a bit. Yet, I think workout needs some planification and I don't really know how I can schedual my work. For the time being, I train a day and relax the following one training in the whole 3 days a week. Do I need to add more sessions to my schedual? Also, I train each big group of muscules only once a week: a day for pectorals, a day for dorsals and a day for deltoids. Is that enough or am I undertraining?
