I play off scratch, and i had a lesson a few days ago. Apparently i had a really nice looking swing, but thats people telling me , not blowing my shit here. But my thinking Is my coach trying to keep my motivated by saying this to me aswell. After my lesson he went to the lad beside me giving him a lesson and was still watching me. But my thinking is when i hit a shot and i hate it, but other people love it because of the shape and movement of the ball in flight. Also my thinking is my toughts in golf holding me back bacause i always want better and better. Is all this holding me a step back?

i have a pressure reducing valve underneath my cylinder. i want to take out the vent pipe and put a pressure/vacuum valve instead of the vent pipe. i am going to use a nefa pressure/relief valve. Do i have to worry about cold water expansion valve?

The reason why i am deleting the vent pipe on my house is because i am getting a new roof and it is one less penetration through the roof.

Im 5 foot 7 in and i went from 91kg to 81 kg in 6 months. im looking to go down to 70 kg, is it going to be harder. do i have to train harder or if i keep going the same way it will happen. I train in the gym and recently i gave up eating mayonaise and i lost 4 kg in 6 weeks. your opinion would be helpfull.

i am 28 years of age. I am 5 foot 7 ins. Now i am 85kg weight but in the last 5 months i have lost 6 kg.

I was thinking of getting my bmi down to normal figures before i start my weight training. So i am looking on losing about 10kg more before i hit the weights hard. i am worried at the fact if i start weight training i will never lose the fat.

At the start of this year, i was 91kg in weight, now i am a man who is 5foot 7in. In the last 4 months i have lost 5kg which i am happy with. I have resently started a new diet which is 2 to 3 salads a day and 2 to 3 bananas a day. the salads include packed salads, eggs, cucumber, chicken spinage leafs, onion, tomato and italian dressing sause. And sometimes wraped on a wrap. I drink trim milk with each meal. I have only started this in the last few days. My past eating would be Mcdonalds twice a week, alot of bread, mayonaise, pasta, fish and chips in the oven. Is this diet a good diet.

My excercise routine is 1. I cycle my mountain bike for maybe 1 hour a day 5 days a week

2. Then i go to the gym maybe 4 to 5 days a week. Im on the treadmill for 20 min and on the bike for twenty min. I do push ups and a small amount of weight train due to my broken hand.

I also swim once a week.

So with this diet and excercise routine a good one.

I was thinking of not to go hard in to weight training till maybe i i hit 77 kg

How long do you think it would take me to hit 75 to 77 kg sticking to that routine?

I resently moved in to a house bout 3 months ago and there is a portuguese girl living with me. I am english. I am currently in new zealand on a working holiday and i have 7 months left on my visa. I am trade qualified as a plumber and i just got a job as a plumber. i am currently in the middle of doing my expression of interest forms so that will be sent within a couple of days. Now my problem is, i am sure that i will get residency, but how long does it take to get residency. If my working holiday visa runs out before i get residency, can i get some kind of a bridging visa to keep me in new zealand till my residency goes through. What are my options in this case?

I joined a gym recently,im male, 5foot 7in and weight bout 95kg. In the gym i am doing about 45 min to 60 min cardio a session. I am also have a weight training program aswell which was given to me by my assesor in the gym. I am probably going to the gym bout 6 days a week and it takes me bout two hours to complete my gym session.

Is it also possible to go from being overweight to having a cut body, How long would this take? taking in to account my gym time. Also i am eating healthy to a certain scale. Im am entusiastic about this aswell so that i think would be a big help.

I was told by a migration clerk that all i need to get residency is to change over my irish plumbing papers to ozzy, get a job offer on paper off a plumber and pay 7,500 dollars and he will sort it out for me. It is building silos. There is plumbing work involved in building silos so would that make me eligable for a sponsorship visa?
