Why does the choose file button not respond while uploading any file, especially email attachments?
Irrespective of what browser I use, whether it is Google Chrome or IE, I cannot upload any file to emails or job portals, because the choose file button when clicked, doesn't allow any file input menu boxes to pop up. I have tried disabling anti virus, firewalls, and also deleted any possible temporary files from my computer like cache and cookies, and also done a disk cleanup. I use AVG anti virus which is anti spyware enabled. I don't want to re install windows. Please suggest!
