Im 17 at the moment, but my birthday is in october, so i can vote for the presidential election. am i allowed to vote for a state primary?

Ok ive had a Dell Inspiron 1525 for 3.5 years, and its worked great until a few months ago. My battery stopped charging, and unless the charger was plugged in, the computer would just die. I bought a new battery (figured i needed one anyway, didnt hold a charge for a long time when it worked) and a new charger. But nothing would charge. I looked in the port where a plug in my charger and noticed the wires were bent out of proportion. Im afraid about putting them back, i dont want to further screw things up. My friend thinks the power regulator is shot, but i want more opinions.

so my question is: how do i fix this? whats wrong? and can i just fix it at my house, or should i get someone who knows what theyre doing to help me? im a noob at this so please dont get too complicated.

im typing a bibliography. the style my teacher wants is the first line is aligned normally, while every line after that is indented. but every time i indent, it movies the whole paragraph foreward, when all i want is the individual line. advice? i use word 2007

i guess i waited a little too long on relievers, but i think i have a good squad with putz broxton and the underrated axford, plus chapman who hopefully will breakout this year

in case you havent noticed, i like to emphasize pitching way more than hitting

like i said i missed the top tier ss and c. the way i see it is that if you dont get jeter, hanley, reyes or tulo, your better off waiting, although i probably waited too long. The same is with catchers, just with mauer, mccann, posey and vmart. again i waited too long and picked up the next decent guy (im assuming posada will primarily dh, which is a lot of value in a catcher)
