Yes I know I should talk to a doctor or therapist or whatever but I'm so embarrassed by this that I've not been able ot get myself to talk about it.

Basically at times I lose control of my mouth and phrases come out. There's an assortment of different things I say but there's 4 main ones. They are upsetting to me because I dont want to be saying them and they could be misinterpreted if overheard.

I can sometimes control the volume or stop myself midsentence.

In a period of time where I was speaking in french more than english the phrases became translated into french then when I went back to speaking english they switched back to english

It tends to happen when I'm kinda spacy. Like I'll be walking down the street and it'll happen. It'd never happen in a conversation with someone.

Sometimes I'll be in class or on a train and be overcome with fear that it's going to happen and Ill have to focus all my energy on keeping my mouth closed.

Would getting a BA in Psychology and then an MBA with focus on Marketing be a reasonable way of going about it?

ive been asking for ages ot get a server set up with mysql on it so the kids can test their programs

but of course no one set anything up

so i was wondering any one knew of a place where people could upload test files of php temporarialyl that has mysql support so they can see how it renders?

She had pleanty of food and water in my bowls so its not like she was starving and resorted to that cuz she was hungry.

is this like a normal cat behavior that ive just never caught her in the act of before or does this mean something is horribly wrong with her?

She vomits a few times a week so that's not unusual. The vet said its a common problem with older cats (shes 10) and weve had her on a food that should suppodily help her vomit less for awhile but it really didnt do much.

Its def not hair balls. Cuz there's no hair in the vomit ever. It's bits on undigested food still in the shape it goes down in.

This week my doctor perscribed me Klonopin. I used seroquel before for anxiety attacks but wanted to switch because I didnt like the side effects. I took a klonopin 5 hours ago for anxiety and i never noticed any effect. So obviously I need dosages adjusted with it or something. But I dont want ot take a larger dose without first talking to the doctor because it is an addictive drug and i want to be careful with it. But I still feel like crap right now and have no way of contacting the doctor so I was wondering if I take a seroquel is there a risk of it reacting badly with the klonopin in my system? cuz i need something that works and i know the seroquel works.

I'm looking for a book preferably a memoir that deals with issues of mental heath. But I don't want a cheesy kind of book where they get better and everything is all happy. Things can get a little better. But I don't want one where someone comes into their life and helps them fix everything. An example of a book in this vibe I enjoyed was "Running with Scissors"
