We the undersigned are regular and frequent users of Yahoo Chat Services in the Category "Romance" and in the rooms listed as 50's and 60's, and particularly in the Romance, 50’s Room 9, a very popular room. Recently and over a period of time, we have been harassed, Intimidated, threatened, and bullied by a group of people who like to flaunt the Terms of Service and Code of Conduct as stated by Yahoo.

Yahoo TOS states Clause 6 You agree to not use the Yahoo! Services to:

- article a)

upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libellous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable

- article i)

disrupt the normal flow of dialogue, cause a screen to "scroll" faster than other users of the Yahoo! Services are able to type, or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other users' ability to engage in real time exchanges

Many of us regularly visit these chat rooms to play music, to relax, unwind, start or finish the day in peace and harmony. We are mature and responsible users of the Service and abide by all of the TOS.

Recently we have struggled to maintain harmony due to people booting. Boot programs are widely distributed and can easily be accessed. These programs have no other purpose than that of maliciously disruption.

Complaints via Yahoo's normal channels have brought about no real protection from the violators.

The Terms of Service and Code of Conduct need to be adhered to by both the User and the Provider. A lack of action by Yahoo in response to many reports of abuse has allowed the mindless few, to remain unrealized and free to continue their harassment and to negatively affect others.

These people work as a group. They appear organized and methodical.

Therefore: We the undersigned, ask that Yahoo adhere to its very own TOS and CoC and take all or any action necessary to bring these violators to a halt in their intimidating tactics. The users support Yahoo and its sponsors and should be afforded that same.

Google is to take on Microsoft and introduce and Operating System , which will be priced into the cost of the PC or Laptop.I didn't like there attempt at a browser, just looked so "plain jane"? As Google and Yahoo are one and add driven, does this means more adds , more vulnerable to infections? Or is this just going to be good old competition,and more choice for the consumer? Will it change they way a computer functions, or the way we use it? Interesting time ahead with Windows 7 about to be released?

would you believe this graph? http://www.eset.com/products/compare-NOD32-vs-comp... Is this just a sales pitch or can the results be manipulated by what type of viruses,trojan or worms it can detect.

As we all surf different site etc, I maintain "when your on a good thing stick to it" Norton's only let me down once in 7 years of use.I am not a fan of freebies an I believe you pay for what you get. So if you were to believe the graph Nod32 is tops and AVG is the worse? People always have an opinion on antivirus.

I am doing an IT course and this came up in the line of research to which is the best and what you would sell a customer as an IT technician? Look forward to hearing some feedback.

P.S. I have already done this cahapter so your not doing homework, just healthy debate?
