Say I am a manager at work and I have my subordinates working under me, When I come to work in the morning no one says good morning to me, its like every time I have to greet them first to hear it back. Its not that it bothers me but other managers do get greeted with good mornings. Just want to know what I could do to get some respect around here

I learn karate from videos and books. And lately ive been practicing and Im becomming very good at blocking but I cant seem to block the sharp chopping motion blocks of karate. they are very painful even when blocking. How to attempt this ?

I used to be fat or bulky, and after years or cardio and good diets now im slim, no flabby stuff thank god

So now I wanna tone my muscles and I have been doing a little bit of weights for me arms. I use 5Kg Dumbells on each arm and do about 3 reps per each routine. I do about 5 routines. But my muscles are soft and jello like when i touch when its relaxed. How do I make them hard ?

Ok i know the first thing your going to say. Loose fat. Do cardio. been there done that, i burn 300 calories on cardio every day. I maitain a good diet, and im not fat. i dont have a belly, its flat. But its in my genes or something that I have excess on my hips which wont go away no matter what. So if you guys can suggest some toning and tightening workouts to me for my hips that would be great.
