OK, before I get into another long drawn out thought on the current and past plots, I have one question maybe someone can answer here.

What is Nina's last name right now? Is it still Chancellor or is it Webster?

Moving on from that point.... Jaz had made a valid point earlier. What about Nina's long lost baby? Where did he go? He's bound to resurface at some point. And if it was Cane, wouldn't that be priceless? Cane acts as if Jill is his mum, only to have Nina be his mum? We don't have any of Cane's real DNA on file, so it's possible he is a relative without even knowing it. Plus in soap years, he's probably about the right age. Then again, it was in 1986 that Nina's baby was snatched.... dunno. Thoughts? She was 16 then, which makes her almost 40 now. Guess if Cane's 33 or so that'd make it damn near impossible, but who knows, right?

Also, I was reading some other things on the net about Nina, with some potential that we've never thought of. Nina is originally from Detroit, same place as the Baldwin/Fisher clan. As Nina never really knew her father, is it possible that Nina's father is none other than River Baldwin? He did seem to get around.

Okay, so correct me if I'm incorrect here. Cane once told Lily that they shouldn't be together because of they're 12 year age difference. That would make Cane to be about 33, right? Because Lily is 21, right?

Going back. Chance AKA Phillip IV just returned from Iraq, and he is, what, 20 now? He was born BEFORE Lily. WAAAAY before Lily.

Now Phillip III, Nina's gay husband. He was like 20 when he was killed off 20+ years ago, which would make him in his 40s, right? How did anyone ever think that Cane could be Phillip III when he isn't even OLD enough to be him?

Yes, I know Cane was lying about his age and whatnot, but seriously? How many other inconsistencies over the years have tricked us like this, apart from the ages of children being swallowed up by the magical time warp of soaps. Because I remember when Nick and Victoria were born, and now they're magically OLDER than I am.

I feel like being helpful, so I thought I'd post up some questions another user had and answer them. If anyone wants to answer with some juicy spoilers for the weeks to come, it'd be awesome

Where is Dru - Dru fell off a cliff while fighting with Phyllis at a photo shoot a few years back. She's never resurfaced.

Where Is Christine - Paul's wife - I'm almost positive they divorced, Christine and Michael were involved for a short while, then Christine moved on. Someone might have more backstory on that, as I wasn't watching when she left.

Where is Paul's Secretary,- Haven't seen Lynn in years.

Malcom - He was thought to be dead in Africa, but then came back. He's still a photographer abroad.

Brad - Died saving Noah from a frozen pond in the winter. He's on B&B now as a different character.

why did a lot of the good sexy characters leave - Money, plain and simple.

WHAT IS UP WITH ASHLEY? Besides Adam's crap, ASHLEY USED TO BE STRONG!!!! - Not always. She had a mental breakdown after she lost her baby with Brad. Victor fears for that again, which is why he married her. Marrying Victor fixes all problems, right?

How did Nick loose his memory - Plane crash. He went missing and had amnesia. But he has his memory back now.

& how did he end up with Phyllis? - He and Phyllis bonded when Nick couldn't open up to Sharon after Cassie's death. Nick and Phyllis would hang out, play video games, then started having an affair. Phyllis ended up pregnant, and only Nick knows who the baby's daddy is, though he says he's the father.

How did Jack & Sharon hook up? - It was couples swap night on Y&R. When Phyllis and Nick got together, Sharon and Jack consoled one another then got hitched before Phyllis and Nick did.

Why did Victor & Nikki break up AGAIN? -

Why did the Original Victoria leave? Heather Tom left to be on another soap, and now she's on B&B.

Who is Estella, where is Victors real maid? - Estella replaced Miguel when he retired from the ranch to take care of his ill aunt.

Who is Sabrina? - Sabrina was Victoria's best friend from France. She came to spend time with Victoria while applying for art curator jobs. Sabrina started consulting for Victor in updating his art collection, they fell in love, got married and she was pregnant when she was killed by mobsters putting a hit on Nikki's husband, David Chow (They were both killed in an auto accident).

Where the heck did Adam come from? - Adam is the son of Victor and his blind ex-wife, Hope. Adam was told that Victor was his real father on Hope's death bed. She died of cancer.

Is Nikki leaving the show? - No. She's recently resigned a contract, but apparently her departure had already been filmed before her negotiations were finalized. It's speculated that she's going to die.

So we all know what's going down this week: Sabrina's finally gonna kick it. But what else is being kept from us?

Today, while watching Y&R, I noticed the commercial for Soap Opera Weekly CBS edition and they said 3, count them THREE stars would be departing from Y&R. We know two: Sabrina and David. Will Nikki, like SOW says on their cover, really be #3?

Also.... I'm thinking about waiting to watch Friday's ep until Monday, so I can watch them both. I'd hate to wait the whole weekend to watch what happens after "Sudden Impact."

Monday: Cane asks Lily to move in with him; Chloe agrees to help Amber win back Daniel; Nikki learns David's real name; Daniel asks to sketch Sabrina.

Tuesday: Jeff hides the face cream from Gloria; Victor gets the tack-house keys back from Nick; Adam asks Heather to the gala; Nikki calls it quits with David.

Wednesday: Walter puts a hit out on David; a move to LA is considered by Amber and Daniel; David's mob connections are revealed to Victor; Devon and Ana plan a duet at the gala.

Thursday: David attempts to drug Nikki; Heather spots Walter at the gala; David's gambling is in the news; Chloe tells Cane she is carrying his child.

I pulled all this info for the week off my DVR. Looks to be yet another interesting week in Genoa City. I heard Sabrina was in the limo with David...

So, seeing as most of agree that Jeff and Gloria make a great couple, what other couples are your favorites, past or present?

Daniel and Amber need to make amends. Period. They're one of the best couples on Y&R.

Sadly, Victor and Nikki do need to reconcile, as they can't seem to get it right with anyone else.

I thought Jack and Jill made a great couple back in the day.

Kay and Rex were a favorite of mine. They really did love each other, and you could see that each time they were in scenes together; they played it out well.

Ryan and Victoria were my favorites as a kid. Victoria was like 16 and married Ryan when he worked in the mail room at NE, then Victor found out and had their marriage annulled. Then she married Cole, and when they got divorced, I was CHEERING for Victoria and Ryan to hook up...... only to see that Tricia killed him off. Crazy wh0rebag.

Kevin and Jana are so awesome together, though I'm waiting for her to be crazy again.

If you reference the link above, apparently the gala is slated to be the week of the 21st, which is a week from today. Guess we won't have to wait as long as we all thought.

Per Soaps.com:

Y&R is set to do a taping in Paris for the program's first-ever on-location shoot in France. While the specific actors participating in the Parisian story line are yet to be confirmed, the week of filming is scheduled for October 2008. The on-location shoot precedes the series' upcoming 20th anniversary of airing in France!

What would they be doing in France? And if they're filming in October, when would that air, in January? Just found that to be interesting.... anyone else heard anything in regards to this?

Firstly, I'm going to comment that when you see Amber dancing, where's Daniel?

So, my thoughts about this, along with the recent rumors that have surfaced. We all know that David is leaving the show, and that Sabrina is SUPPOSED to get into a car accident. However, following the preview, I had a few thoughts that I felt fit better into the whole equation. It seems someone dies at the scene. I'm pretty sure that looks to be David. Also, Victoria seemed pretty upset at the hospital. Knowing her dislike for Sabrina, I don't see her being that upset over Sabrina being injured or killed. Not that I'm saying she will die, but perhaps Nikki is severely injured somehow. Maybe the reason for Sabrina and Victor's separation (which is a rumor as well) is that Nikki almost dies.... again.

Every month before I start my period I go through symptoms as if I were pregnant. My boobs engorge (particularly my left breast) and lactate, I get a yeast infection (only before my period. It goes away as soon as I start). I bloat and have horrible stomach cramps, and sometimes diarrhea.

I already have 3 children, youngest is 7. I know that I'm not pregnant, but I still have these problems. Any other women who've had children go through this? My ob/gyn said this is normal since I'm on birth control (I'm on Lo-Ogesterl, which is supposed to be the pill with the lowest dose hormone). I'm mainly on birth control because I have irregular periods and always have.

If anyone else has had these problems, what did you do?

I have been investing in a 401k through my employer for about a year now. I started out investing 2%, then at the beginning of this year, I upped it to 4%. This week, due to the losses I've experienced (over 11% just this year) I have decided to cancel my investments into my 401k. So right now, there's a little less than $2k in my 401k. I've also considered investing into IRAs. Though I know nothing much about IRAs, or even 401k, I know I should invest in something for my "future."

With the way the economy is, I'm not sure what to invest in or what I can do to get by anymore. My husband even switched jobs and is making $200 more per pay period and we still see ourselves struggling. Food costs and gas prices are up, and it's almost getting too expensive for both of us to work. Does anyone have any suggestions about investing or any other suggestions? It's appreciated.

1) Who really killed Ji-Min? [I've got my theories, ie: David Chow did it]

2) Will we find out something terrible about Sabrina's past and the way her father might have really died?

3) Do you think Cane has something up his sleeve? Remember all those months ago with the mysterious phone call he got?
