Hello This is a Long story, I'll do my best to make is short and sweet.

My husband is VERY COntroling, and to the point of verbal abuse. there is NO PHysical abuse. I am to the point I am ready to leave. He tells me to leave. but tells me if I leave I can not take our daughter with me.

He also tells me that he will do all he can including Lying and deceving to make sure I do not get custody of our child, when I ask why he says he will do this Just to Hurt me cause he knows making sure I dont get custody will hurt, Plus he does not want to and refuses to pay child suport. he tells me daily that I do not know what he is capable of doing. which scares me.

About me.. I am a stay at home mom of a 3 year old daughter and I have been for 3 years. I have No family close by all my family lives in Seattle Washington. Part of me wants to just up and leave and head for Portland but I am affraid top do that. ( afraid of what he will do to me/and her if I do)

Plus I know it will be too difficult forr me to travel back to Texas for divorce and custody hearings.

. I also have considered tryiong to get a place of my own take my daughter with me ( of course the courts will have the finnal say of who she is to be with) I am a good mom,

I do everythin I can do for my daughter and husband, I keep the house clean which he tells me it never clean, I cook, I never have cheated on him ( but I am always accused of it)

WHy I feel he is controling? HE tells me I am not allowed to voice my opnion to him.I Must agree with him, and not argue.

I have to do what he says when he says it and Exactly how he says it. ( I will admit I am bad with money and I dont mind this part too much, although i wish he would at least let me buy a lousy soda if i wanted to with out harrasing me about it)

I am not allowed to "vent" to anyone when we argue. But yet he is allowed to "vent" because he is the MAN of the house.

if I go to the store I MUST show him the recipt everytime to show i bought ONLY what he said to buy I am not allowed toargue with him,

Not allowed to talk to him unless he asks me a question. and If I do speak to him, then he responds as if he is angry and pissed at me for even openingmy mouth. at times I feel I couldnt even tell him the house was on fire if I needed to.

tells me I am stupid, and I can never do anything right. he tells me he hates me,

and has even told me I am a bad Mom at times cause our three year old daughter throws a tantrum and there is Much more.. ....

I cant afford to pay a lawyer since I Dont have a job,

I am affraid If I was to leave I would loose custody of our daughter from either me not having a job or his lies he would tell.

I am afraid to stay with him, cause I am always worried about taking the wrong step. I am afraid for my daughter who is still young but yet knows her daddy is "mean to mommy"

I am just lost and I dont know what to do or where to turn.

Please help me Can he gain custody of her if I have no job? its hard for me to find a job right now because he tells me that if I am working I MUST make at least $12 an hour and not work weekends. he tells me I am not allowed to take a job that is NOT a Mon-Friday job 9-5 that pays at least 12 an hour.. BUT YET he is always yelling at me cause I am not working and tells me I am lazy since I dont have a job. He doenst seem to understand that it is not easy to find that job that pays 12 an hour M-F.

Can he say he will not pay child support and If they were to do a wage garnishment he would look for a under the table job?

Can he get away with lying in court? Can I move to Portland ( after the court hearings) and have him come visit her there?

Please offer any advice you can I need help

I am searching for a Small business GRANT.. I dont want SBA.com thats not helping me much at the moment. I know there is a way to get a grant or some kind of "Help"

Where Can I look? How Do I do this? Can You Help me?

How do I even Start looking? I really want to do this but I dont even know where to Start..

I've tried and tried who is hiring in houston area, I want clerical I AHVE experiance... I guess I am just frustrated

I have been Searching activly for a couple months now, I have the skills and some small amount of experiance. but it seems that noone in the "houston area" is hiring for a receptionist or they want someone with ALOT of experiance. so HOW can i get the experiance?

I want to make my Boyfriend a real nice dinner, I cant afford anything Exensive. but still want to cook something Nice thats better then plain old spagettie, any suggestions??
